go to the restaurant and fill out a post card which asks for
your name and address on the front. On the back it asks for your
Birthday and the date you are filling it out. Some franchises
allow you to email this information.
The Birthday club is not a company policy. Each store has the
choice of whether or not they offer it. The cards go out a couple
of days before your birthday month, and you have the whole month
to use it. Franchises in: NY,MA, PA, OH, IL, TN, NC, GA, FL,
OK, and TX.

information, and during the month of their birthday, they receive
